Paul leads on a number of initiatives including Accelerator, supported by YouTube Music a programme which has supported the development of 135 music managers representing including The Staves, Bree Runaway, PinkPantheress, FLO, Moses Boyd, Nafe Smallz, Dream Wife, Wes Nelson, Shygirl, Dry Cleaning. Paul oversees the strategy and development of a wider programme for the membership of over 1500 music managers and partnerships.
